What a fab night spent with the Snow family celebrating Theresa’s big Five Oh! Theresa (a passionate and committed Elvis fan) along with the help of her gorgeous friends and family put on an amazing celebration at the St Albans Irish Club.
I have included below some of the best documentary photography style pix, similar to what I would take at an actual wedding itself. In fact this the venue was so beautifully decorated with candles, white linen tablecloths and balloons that it really could have been for a wedding! (that is other than the fact there were loads of really cool pictures of Elvis and even a life size cut out of the great man himself!) The dance floor was kept moving all night with some quality tunes spun by Theresa’s brother St Albans DJ Chris Snow. Chris has an awesome sound and lighting kit which really made for a upforit party vibe and atmosphere. He also put together an epic movie of old Elvis clips which created a great backdrop for the dancefloor. Made you feel like you were almost dancing with Elvis! (Mind you, I was too busy capturing this awesome crowd have a great night to do too much dancing myself!)
Theresa’s sisters and friends along with little nephew did a great Elvis dance which put Strictly to shame! and Theresa put on an awesome dancing display herself along with Elvis scarf and and authentic leg shakes!
I never did see the sublime Elvis birthday cake cut into, I reckon Theresa couldn’t bring herself to do that and is saving him for her 60th!
